Anyone can now make their own videos from cameras and camcorders, or store up TV programs for later viewing, buying blank videocassettes. Video is revolutionizing education and training, as we learn to use this visual tool.

Like other technologies, video is a tool when used in the hands of an experienced craftsperson which can achieve great results. Be very selective about the videos you watch and use. Bad food for the mind is like bad food for the body. Eventually it will make you sick.
