Traffic Violations

You will be considered completely responsible for any accidents, fines or traffic violations incurred.

Use Of Family Vehicle

If you use a Family vehicle you must adhere to the following rules:
  1. You must be a licensed driver.

  2. You are responsible for following maintenance schedules, and for following the oil change schedule.

  3. You are responsible for paying any moving violation tickets and parking violations

  4. You must keep the vehicle clean at all times, and washed and vacuumed as often as necessary.

  5. You must not allow persons not authorized to operate a Family vehicle.

  6. Prior to operation of any vehicle, we will train you on the appropriate steps to take if you are involved in an accident - filling out the accident report, getting names of witnesses, etc.

Parking

Use the parking areas designated. Remember to lock your car every day and park within the specified areas.

Courtesy and common sense in parking will avoid accidents, personal injuries, damage to your vehicle and to the vehicles of other Family members. If you should damage another car while parking or leaving, immediately report the incident.
