Life is always changing, and so will the contents of this LIFECRAFT Planner change in time along with our family. Changes in family policies in this Planner will always be made with the consideration of all family member's.
Please read the following:
- I have received a personal copy of the LIFECRAFT Planner. I understand our family may change it in time, as I will add to it in my lifetime.
- During the course of my life confidential family information will be made available to me including some parts of this Planner. I understand this information is private to our family. I agree not to use this information disrespectfully or with any other person or family other than our own.
- I understand that I am responsible to learn new family policies and procedures when they are changed from time to time.
