Element II: Family Management

Our telephone is a great tool for all of us to use. Here are some basic guidelines for us to keep in mind:

Limit calls to our local area. Long distance calls should be planned. Please make arrangements to return calls later which any one of us might receive during our dinner time or other private Family time.

Let's practice good telephone manners by speaking clearly into the telephone, and take good messages for other family members when they are not around.
