Element I: Family Heritage

A goal is a clearly defined point -- an objective to be reached. Like a city on a map, a goal is a destination to which one journeys. And just like a journey, once a specific goal or destination has been reached, it becomes the starting point for the next destination. Together, all our goals form a Master Plan -- an itinerary for the journey of life.

Our Family Will Strive To:

  1. Measure ourselves and all around us on the basis of skill, training, ability, attitude, and character without discrimination with regard to age, sex, color, race, creed, national origin, religious persuasion, marital status, political belief, or disability.

  2. Recognize and reward all Family members for their effort and contribution to the success of our Family.

  3. Review Family living conditions constantly with the objective of providing the best we can and to be consistent in our Family practices.

  4. Provide vacations, holidays and personal quiet time for all Family Members.

  5. Dedicate ourselves to "Constant And Never-Ending Improvement," CANI (Anthony Robbins)

  6. Develop ourselves to become competent people who understand and meet our objectives, and who accept with open minds the ideas, suggestions and constructive criticisms of fellow Family members.

  7. Assure all Family members an opportunity to discuss any problem with any other member of our Family.

  8. Make prompt and fair adjustment of any complaints which may arise in the everyday conduct of our Family, to the extent that is practicable.

  9. Respect individual rights, and treat all Family members with courtesy and consideration.

  10. Maintain mutual respect in our Family relationships and with all others.

  11. Keep our living and working spaces attractive, comfortable, orderly and safe.

  12. Recognize Family members abilities and merits.

  13. Keep all Family members informed of the progress and the Family's overall aims and objectives.

  14. Do all these things in a spirit of friendliness and cooperation so that our Family will continue to be "a great place to live!"
