Education Assistance
Element II: Family Management

We feel a Family member who possesses a desire to continue their education shows a commitment to improving themselves and their possibilities in life. To encourage and reward Family members, our Family offers an Education Assistance program.

Family members may continue their education in a related field and our Family may reimburse all or part of the registration and tuition costs. All such courses must be pre-approved. Once the course is completed, submit a transcript of your grades for keeping in your personal file with receipts and expenses. The Family will pay for the portion of the registration and tuition that was pre-approved, as described below. Incentives have been established to reward better than average performance.

Reminder: If you are taking a pre-approved seminar that offers continuing education credit, be sure to keep a copy of the Continuing Education Credit Certificate (or other document) to include in your personal file.

In order to qualify for Education Assistance you must:
- Advise us prior to enrolling for the class that you intend to take a particular course. We will approve for partial or total reimbursement of tuition and fees if the course is within our budget.
- The course must be offered by a qualified instructor or educational institution.
- The amount of course reimbursement is based on the final grade you receive for the course, as follows: A = 100% B = 80% C = 60% < C = 0%
