Standards Of Conduct

Element II: Family Management

bottom line

Rules of conduct are used to help everyone work together effectively and harmoniously to achieve our goals and live happily. Some people have problems with "rules" and "authority figures," and in some cases may have a good reason for these thoughts and feelings; however, in our Family, we hold ourselves to a high standard of quality and happiness where rules and standards of conduct are to remind all of us to be kind, respectful and loving to one another to assure that our happiness and the quality of lives are maintained.

We all have a responsibility to our Family to adhere to certain rules of behavior and conduct including the laws of the community in which we live. The purpose of these rules is not to restrict your rights, but to be certain that you and all of us understand what conduct is expected and necessary. When all of us can depend on each other to follow the rules of conduct, then our Family will always be a great place to live and grow for everyone.
