Element II: Family Management

Our Family depends upon the quality of the relationships between Family members, our friends and others. In a sense, you are our Family's ambassador. The more goodwill you promote, the more people will respect and appreciate you, our Family and our Family's goals and ideals.

Here are several things you can do to help give people a good impression of our Family:
  1. Act competently and deal with people in a courteous and respectful manner.

  2. Communicate pleasantly and respectfully with other family members at all times.

  3. Follow up on requests and questions promptly, provide friendly replies.

  4. Perform all duties in an orderly manner.

  5. Take great pride in your work and enjoy doing your very best.

These are the building blocks for our family's success.

We must abide by the laws of the communities which we belong to.
